PRICING, SAVINGS, AND COMPENSATION DISCLOSURE
Effective Date: February 1, 2026
This document applies to Oloa Solutions and is intended to work together with the other footer-linked legal documents on the website. In the event of a conflict between a general website summary and a product-specific governing document, the product-specific governing document controls unless applicable law requires otherwise.
1. Purpose and Scope
This Combined Pricing, Savings, and Compensation Disclosure explains that Oloa Solutions ("Oloa") and, where applicable, its affiliates, agencies, producers, brokers, marketers, referral partners, service providers, or related parties may make pricing- or savings-related statements and may receive compensation in connection with products, programs, services, or transactions presented, marketed, facilitated, placed, or supported through Oloa's website, forms, quote tools, portals, and related online or offline workflows (collectively, the "Services").
This document supplements, and should be read together with, Oloa's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Important Disclosures, and any applicable carrier, program, enrollment, agency, administrative, or product-specific documents.
2. No Guaranteed Savings or Pricing Outcome
Any reference to savings, lower cost, reduced spending, affordability, predictable costs, budget control, or similar concepts is illustrative only and does not constitute a promise, warranty, or guarantee.
Actual pricing, contributions, premiums, fees, out-of-pocket costs, reimbursement levels, discounts, provider charges, prescription costs, and overall financial results will vary based on individual, family, employer, group, geographic, underwriting, eligibility, carrier, provider, utilization, network, claims, plan-design, and similar factors.
Past results, prior-year pricing, sample comparisons, and modeled scenarios do not guarantee future pricing, future rates, or future financial performance.
3. Estimates, Illustrations, and Comparisons
Any quote, estimate, illustration, rate example, scenario comparison, or savings example is provided for general informational purposes only unless expressly identified as a final binding quote or carrier-issued offer.
Comparisons to traditional insurance, ACA plans, employer plans, indemnity products, health-sharing arrangements, discount programs, direct-pay arrangements, or other solutions may rely on assumptions that will not apply to every person or situation.
Comparative statements may be based on limited inputs, generalized assumptions, historical data, benchmark data, publicly available information, or user-provided information that may later prove incomplete or inaccurate.
Errors, omissions, input issues, timing changes, or changes in market conditions may materially affect any estimate or comparison.
4. Types of Compensation
Compensation may include commissions, referral fees, administrative fees, marketing fees, service fees, overrides, revenue-sharing, technology or platform fees, lead-related compensation, implementation fees, renewal compensation, incentive compensation, bonus compensation, fixed fees, variable fees, or other lawful forms of direct or indirect remuneration.
Compensation may be paid by carriers, agencies, administrators, vendors, program operators, referral sources, employers, associations, sponsors, distribution partners, service providers, or other third parties.
Compensation structures may vary by product, program, carrier, state, eligibility class, group, enrollment volume, service scope, distribution model, contractual arrangement, or applicable law.
5. No Uniform Compensation Structure
Not all products, carriers, vendors, or programs compensate in the same manner or at the same level.
Some offerings may generate higher or lower compensation than others, and some offerings may involve non-cash or indirect economic benefits relating to placement, retention, marketing support, data support, operational support, technology support, or business development.
The existence, amount, structure, timing, or source of compensation does not mean that every product or outcome is equivalent, and compensation may be one factor among many in the operation of Oloa's business.
6. Insurance and Non-Insurance Offerings
For insurance products, final pricing, eligibility, underwriting, effective dates, benefits, exclusions, and payment obligations are determined by the issuing carrier and controlling product documents, and compensation may be governed by carrier contracts, agency agreements, producer appointments, state law, and other regulatory or contractual restrictions.
For non-insurance products, programs, memberships, discount arrangements, administrative services, technology services, or similar offerings, compensation may arise through marketing, referral, administrative, technology, consulting, implementation, distribution, service, or other business arrangements.
References to affordability or savings across insurance and non-insurance offerings are not intended to state or imply that any non-insurance program provides the same legal rights, payment obligations, regulatory treatment, or financial protections as insurance.
Compensation may differ materially between insurance and non-insurance offerings.
7. No Fiduciary Undertaking, Advice, or Lowest-Price Representation
This document does not create a fiduciary relationship, advisory undertaking, or duty to recommend the lowest-cost, highest-value, broadest-network, or highest-compensation product in every case.
Oloa does not guarantee that any particular product represents the lowest available price, best available value, broadest provider access, highest reimbursement level, or best fit for every person, family, employer, or group.
General statements such as "affordable," "better value," "predictable," "budget friendly," "designed to reduce costs," "meaningful savings," or similar phrases are general marketing descriptions and not guarantees of a particular financial result.
Users remain responsible for reviewing final product terms, pricing, exclusions, limitations, provider access details, reimbursement methodology, waiting periods, and other controlling information before enrolling in or relying on any product or service.
8. Product-Specific and Legally Required Notices
Where required by law, regulation, carrier rule, contract, or transaction-specific circumstances, additional or more specific pricing, savings, or compensation information may be provided through separate notices, enrollment materials, carrier disclosures, producer disclosures, agreements, or other product-specific materials. If a more specific legally required notice applies to a particular product or transaction, that more specific notice controls as to that product or transaction.
9. Relationship to Other Oloa Documents
This Combined Pricing, Savings, and Compensation Disclosure supplements, and does not replace, Oloa's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Important Disclosures. Nothing in this document changes, narrows, or expands the rights and obligations stated in applicable carrier-issued documents, enrollment forms, program agreements, administrative agreements, or governing law.
